Annual Symposium and WW1HA Social

At the national level, the WW1HA participates in the annual symposium hosted by the National WW1 Museum and Memorial in Kansas City, MO. This Symposium is generally held in late October / early November. Please check their website for updates.

The last few years we have also arranged a social for WW1HA members the Thursday night before the Symposium. Details are communicated via Constant Contact.

Quarterly Fireside Chats ***NEW***

In 2023 the WW1HA is introducing a series of online fireside chats using Zoom. The first one will take place at 8:00pm EST / 5:00pm PST on Saturday 11 March and the topic is “Rekindling the Spirit: What Excites YOU About WW1.” to participate, send your email address to WW1HA President, Randy Gaulke at lavarennes@meuse-argonne.com.

Local Chapter Activities

San Francisco Bay Area Chapter Online Seminars

As a result of the Covid-19 epidemic, the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter switched to online Zoom Seminars. This has the benefit that members across the globe can participate. Seminars take place at 1:30pm EST / 10:30am PST the SECOND SATURDAY of each month. Program details are communicated to WW1HA members via Constant Contact.

Other Initiatives
